The mania six-bedroom mansion, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is decorated with luxurious and modern furnishings throughout the entire home. From the outdoor private pool deck to the blacklight bioluminescent themed games room, two children s themed bedrooms, and an upper floor entertainment loft area, this estate has everything you could wish for and more.
This contemporary estate is full of elegance and fashionable accents throughout the entirety of the home. The open living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other s company with comfortable seating all around including two sofas and two accent chairs as well as a feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a three-seat breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to 10 for a meal at any time of day.
Sleeping up to 16 guests, this home provides plenty of space with a king-sized suite on the bottom floor. On the second floor, you will find three further king-sized suites, a toy themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin-sized beds) and an en suite bathroom that is also used as a family bathroom, and a galactic themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin-sized beds).
Step into the upper floor loft area with a pool table for hours of entertainment as well as a blacklight bioluminescent themed games room equipped with an air hockey table, basketball shooting game, two arcade racing games and an arcade shooting game. Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
