This tropical five-bedroom oasis, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is decorated with elegant and modern furnishings throughout the entire home. From the outdoor private pool deck to the games room, upper floor entertainment loft area, and two children s themed bedrooms, this estate has everything you could wish for and more.
This luxurious vacation home is full of fashionable accents throughout the entirety of the home. The open living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other s company with comfortable seating all around including a sofa and four accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers a four seat breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to 10 for a meal at any time of day.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, this home provides plenty of space with a king sized suite on the bottom floor. On the second floor, you will find an additional king sized suite, a bedroom with two queen sized beds and a connecting bathroom, a themed bedroom with a full sized bed and bunk beds (two twin sized beds) as well as a connecting bathroom, and an another themed bedroom with a full sized bed and bunk beds (two twin sized beds) and a shared family bathroom located in the hallway.
After long days at theme parks, you can sit back and relax in the private pool deck with a spillover spa to enjoy Florida s warm weather and sun as well as grill up some of your favorites at the summer kitchen. Hours of entertainment can also be spent in the games room with a foosball and air hockey table and four gaming stations as well as in the upper floor loft area that offers a pool table and two more gaming stations.
Please note: This is a strictly no-pet property. Any unauthorized pet found in the home will incur a $7,500 charge and may result in immediate removal from the reservation without refund.

We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
