This stylish villa offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a sectional, two accent chairs, and a desk area with two chairs as well as a feature fireplace to discuss the day s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen with a four seat breakfast bar and an eight seat dining table allows for food any time of the day.
Sleeping up to 17 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king sized suite on the bottom floor. On the second floor, you will find three further king sized suites, a space themed bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds (2x fulls, 3x twins) and a connecting bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (2x fulls, 2x twins) and a connecting bathroom.
The private outdoor deck offers a swimming pool and spillover spa to enjoy Florida s warm weather and sunshine as well as a summer kitchen and fire pit for all your grilling needs and a ping pong table, pool basketball hoop and putting green for some friendly competition. The games room also offers hours of entertainment with a basketball shooting game, arcade video game, X-Box and Nintendo Switch video game console as well as the upper floor loft area offers a PS5 video game console and a pool table.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
